1. Scope
These API Terms govern use of Ryvo’s merchant and card-processing API endpoints, operated by Transferhive Ltd. (crypto & card operations) and Cypherwave Technologies Limited (fiat operations).
2. License to Use the API
Ryvo grants a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to:
- Integrate Ryvo payment, crypto, and card gateway APIs
- Build merchant payment workflows
Merchants may not:
- Reverse engineer
- Copy or replicate
- Share API credentials
- Create competing services
- Abuse API rate limits
3. Data Security
Merchants must:
- Use HTTPS encryption
- Store API keys securely
- Implement access control
- Monitor fraud
- Maintain PCI DSS compliance (when applicable)
4. Rate Limits
Ryvo may limit or throttle API usage to protect stability.
Exceeding limits may cause temporary or permanent suspension.
5. Prohibited Uses
API use is prohibited for:
- Money laundering
- High-risk or illegal commerce
- Spam or automated abuse
- Security vulnerabilities
- Unapproved crypto tokens
Violation may result in termination.
6. Liability
Ryvo is not responsible for:
- API downtime
- Network failures
- Merchant coding errors
- Incorrect implementation
- Blockchain or card network errors
7. Termination
Ryvo may revoke API access for:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Excessive chargebacks
- AML/CTF concerns
- Technical misuse
8. Governing Law
- Fiat API: Cyprus
- Crypto/Card API: Canada
