Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks apply only to card-based transactions processed by Transferhive.
1 Chargeback Rights
Customers may dispute a transaction under:
- Unauthorized use
- Service not delivered
- Duplicate charges
- Technical or processing errors
Ryvo follows card network rules for all disputes.
2 Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants must:
- Respond to chargeback evidence requests within deadlines
- Supply delivery proof, invoices, logs, and communications
- Maintain anti-fraud tools and monitoring
- Cooperate with Transferhive’s dispute investigators
3 Chargeback Liability
Merchants accept liability for:
- Excessive chargebacks
- Fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete supporting documentation
- High-risk activity
Ryvo may:
- Withhold settlements
- Implement reserves
- Increase fees
- Terminate merchant accounts
4 Fees
Chargeback handling fees apply per dispute and are non-refundable.
